Peanut Butter Granola Easter Bites

Peanut Butter Granola Easter Bites

A richer, more indulgent treat made from simple ingredients — with a little Easter twist. These peanut butter granola bites are not your everyday snack, but sometimes you just want something really good. The kind where one bite is enough.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup natural peanut butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • 1 Haley’s Pantry mini snack pack (preferably Peanut Butter granola)
  • ½ cup crushed mini eggs
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • Dark chocolate, melted (for coating)

Instructions:
  1. In a bowl, mix together the peanut butter, vanilla, and maple syrup until smooth.
  2. Stir in the granola and crushed mini eggs until fully combined.
  3. Scoop and roll into small bite-sized balls.
  4. Place in the fridge for 15–20 minutes to firm up.
  5. Dip or drizzle with melted dark chocolate.
  6. Finish with a light sprinkle of sea salt.
  7. Let set in the fridge until the chocolate hardens.
Notes:
  • Store in the fridge for a firmer texture
  • Best enjoyed cold or slightly chilled
  • Perfect for using up leftover Easter chocolate
Why You’ll Love It:
It’s that perfect balance of salty, sweet, crunchy, and chocolatey. A little elevated, a little nostalgic — and just indulgent enough to feel like a treat.
