Ingredients
- 1 large sweet potato
- 1 small avocado (or ½ large avocado)
- Peanut butter
- Almond butter
- Chocolate tahini spread

- Sprouts or thinly sliced radish (for topping)
- Lemon juice
- Sea salt

How to Make Sweet Potato Toast
Slice the sweet potato lengthwise into ¼–½ inch slices. You can either:
- Air fry until tender and crisp
- Or boil lightly first, then bake or air fry to crisp the edges
