Shipping policy

When will my order ship?

Daily delivery to Toronto customers if you place your order before 12:00 pm. If you place your after 12:00 pm, you will receive your parcel the next business day. Delivery may change if order is placed on the weekend. Everywhere else, items will ship within one business day of ordering.

What kind of shipping should I choose for my order?

If you live in Toronto or Greater Toronto Area, choose local delivery. If you live outside the GTA, choose ClickShip.

What is the cost of shipping?

In Toronto and the GTA, orders will have an $10 flat rate shipping fee. All other locations will be calculated at checkout.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?
